When you sign up, you get 14 days of Business-level features for free with no credit card required. If you need more time, you can extend your trial once for an additional 14 days. After the trial ends, you're automatically moved to the Professional plan.
Yes, you can upgrade from Professional to Business at any time. Your data, projects, and settings will carry over automatically. When you upgrade, the price difference is pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
When your monthly allowance runs out, any top-up pack credits you have are used automatically. If you have no credits remaining, you'll see a message with options to purchase a top-up pack or upgrade your plan. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.
