When you sign up, you choose either Professional or Business and get a 14-day free trial of that plan with its exact limits and features — no credit card required. After the trial ends, simply subscribe to keep using the app. Our support chat can also extend your trial if you need more time.
Yes, you can upgrade from Professional to Business at any time. Your data, projects, and settings will carry over automatically. When you upgrade, the price difference is pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
When your monthly allowance runs out, any top-up pack credits you have are used automatically. If you have no credits remaining, you'll see a message with options to purchase a top-up pack or upgrade your plan. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.

All subscriptions and top-up pack purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Unused top-up pack credits are also non-refundable but never expire. If you're a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to exercise this right.
