When you sign up, you get a 14-day free trial of the Business plan with full access to every perk — including AI Reports and the Goblin Assistant — no credit card required. After the trial ends, subscribe to Business to keep going; add-ons stay available unless you remove them. Our support chat can also extend your trial if you need more time.
Business is our single self-serve plan. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time — annual saves 10%, and the difference is pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle. For unlimited seats, usage, and a custom SLA, contact us about Enterprise.
When your monthly allowance runs out, any top-up pack credits you have are used automatically. If you have no credits remaining, you'll see a message with options to purchase a top-up pack or upgrade your plan. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.
Top-up packs let you purchase additional AI queries, extractions, or cost plan slots. Credits never expire and are used automatically when your monthly allowance runs out. This means you never get locked out of the system at a critical moment.
Bolt-on add-ons extend Business for an additional monthly fee. AI Reports & Quote Comparisons (£100/mo) gives you 20 analysis reports and 20 quote comparisons a month, with executive summaries, element analysis, and VE recommendations. Exports (£100/mo) gives you 10 Excel/PDF exports a month. Goblin Forge (£500/mo, coming soon) prices up your own cost plans using the rates in your database. The Goblin Assistant is included in Business at no extra cost. AI Reports is free to try during your trial, and Enterprise includes all add-ons.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant, and you retain complete ownership of your data at all times.
All subscriptions and top-up pack purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Unused top-up pack credits are also non-refundable but never expire. If you're a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to exercise this right.
